One of the advantages of buying stamps is that they arrive in envelopes with... yes... stamps on them. Well mostly, many come franked, but many others come with groovy stamps on them. There is a market for these covers, for which your cost would have been next to nil, since you would have accounted for the postage cost in your stamp purchase cost it self.
